Emergency Nursing Paediatric Course - 5th Edition
The Emergency Nursing Paediatric Course was developed by the ENA (USA) to improve the care of the paediatric patient through international development and the identification of a standardized body of paediatric nursing knowledge. ACEN is proud to deliver this course throughout Australia and New Zealand.
ENPC offers interactive learning with scenarios – based assessments
- Using the Paediatric Assessment Triangle to identify sick, sicker and sickest paediatric patients
- Identifying subtle changes early in the paediatric patient to prevent rapid deterioration
- Cultural considerations
- Pain Management
- Techniques for interacting with the child and family
- Instructors with Extensive Emergency and Paediatric Experience
ENPC is a 2-day intensive course with a 36-chapter comprehensive manual, hands on skill stations, lectures and group discussions.
The Australian College of Emergency Nursing Ltd. will award 20 in-service hours to participants who attend the entire course regardless of their performance during testing

- Participants are not eligible for a refund once the manuals have been posted.
- Participants are not eligible for a refund for failure to attend the nominated course.
Special circumstances and course transfer may be considered on application to the Executive Director and must be received in writing before the course date.
